In Education Week 2006 we opened our Parent Room. It is a room that can be used by parents to make them feel part of our school, because without the help of parents our school cannot run properly. On the walls are examples of all the Higher Order Thinking Skills that we use at school. Our parents can then learn about what we do at school. There is also a Smartboard (electronic whiteboard) in the room so that parents and other visitors can use our technology; participate in video conferencing, view powerpoint presentations and imovies and watch DVDs. |
